Magnolia Fit and Flare Dress by Winter Wear Designs in Alice Rayon Spandex from Amelia Lane Designs

As part of the Getaway With ALD Summer Capsule Challenge I decided to try some new patterns!

This was my first Winter Wear Designs pattern! I chose the Magnolia Fit and Flare dress. It works really well with something with a lot of drape, like rayon spandex. I used the Alice rayon spandex from Amelia Lane Designs which has since sold out. It is available in three other color ways, Alicia, Alyssa and Allison!

The dress is a swing dress style, which is really easy to wear – Designed to be loose around the middle and hips.

Because of the very stretchy nature of rayon spandex, I used brushed poly in mustard for the neckband, also from Amelia Lane Designs.
