I credit a Fluff Love Sewing Sewalong with my decision to start blogging. The sewalong was for the George and Ginger Drama dress. So this this really the dress behind KittyMakesIt.com

My new job is a lot less fancy than my old job. A lot more running around, wearing flats, hopping in and out of pick up trucks, but then also being fancy enough for office work. I found simplier dresses seem more comfortable for the unknown, but fabric choice dresses it up enough for work.
This Drama Dress is a prime example of doing that. Short sleeves, a skirt that isn’t too flowy to be practical, a waist line that allows some flexibility for posture…. but fabric that has great color and texture. The braid of the liverpool really upscales it. This is the solid red liverpool from Amelia Lane Designs.
