Walker Hoodie

I don’t sew for my husband enough – all his clothes are falling apart!  I needed a quick pattern that I could build him a Fall wardrobe with.  The Walker Hoodie from Sinclair Patterns was perfect.  It’s a raglan sleeve hoodie that fits perfectly.

Sinclair patterns come with height adjustments already made. With the pattern you get three versions, Regular, Short and Tall.  That made it even quicker to whip this up!

I got the Robot Cotton Lycra from Sly Fox Fabrics during one of their amazing sales.

It’s also available from Peekaboo (direct link to fabric).

I used solid black cotton lycra from Elevated Fashion Fabrics for the body and outer hood. (And half the pocket because I ran low on robots!)

I also used grommet pliers that make doing the drawstring a snap.  Literally, it’s as easy as putting on snaps!

The robot theme made him a little goofy!

I got to be behind the camera for once!  I’m so glad I upgraded, my new camera is really fun.  I got lots of great shots. Apparently this is what he thinks I look like when I go outside and model my makes!
