Tee Dress
I neglected to blog this dress when I originally made it. I recall I whipped it up the night before I wanted to wear it and it’s just been in the rotation ever since. It happened to come to the drop of the laundry as I was running out to take photos of a new make, so I realized it’s time to give it it’s fifteen minutes of fame!
Do you like it with leggings or without? I wear it all-year-round so I would say I do about half and half. It’s a lightweight jersey knit fabric from Girl Charlee that I bought when I was practicing with knit fabric still. I used a solid black cotton lycra from Elevated Fashion Fabrics for the neckband.
This is a straight 2XL with a little bit of height added above the waist. It’s before I really learned to grade and that’s fine because Ellie and Mac patterns fit me great without having to adjust!
